Happy Wednesday, everyone! October is right around the corner, and squash season is upon us. I’m hoping to post a bunch of great fall recipes over the next two months for you and yours.
Last night, I made Martha Stewart’s Butternut Bisque, and I was really happy with the result. It was an easy recipe (the most time-consuming part of it was peeling and cutting the squash), and it tasted delicious. If you’ve got an immersion blender, use that to blend your soup. It’s so much easier than working in batches with a regular blender. If you don’t have one, consider investing in one. I use my Cuisinart all the time for soups, salad dressings, and smoothies. You can even froth milk with it!
